Board Game Fest is our way of celebrating International Tabletop Day (happening on June 6th this year), but rather than limiting the celebration to a single day, we wanted to create something that lasts longer and reflects how people play, so we’re celebrating during the whole month of June!
This initiative is about celebrating both the games and the people who play them, shining a light on games that so many of us value in our own way. Whether it’s board games, card games, TCGs, or miniatures, if it’s played around a table, it has a place here.
As part of this year’s edition, we have also launched a “board games trend barometer” alongside Kantar to better understand how people use games to reconnect with one another. If you’re here, chances are this topic resonates with you, so read about the findings of the survey here.
And with summer just around the corner, we’ve also put together our own selection of games to enjoy during Board Game Fest in addition to the Print & Play games that you can access anywhere, anytime!
Spot it!
Age: 6+ / Players: 2-8 / Duration: <15 minutes

Spot it! is a high-energy matching game where quick reflexes and keen observation are key. The game consists of circular cards, each featuring 8 different symbols. The twist? There is always only one matching symbol between any two cards. Your goal: Find that match before your opponents do!
With gameplay lasting just a few minutes, Spot it! combines accessibility and excitement. Whether you’re competing with family, playing with kids, or challenging a friend.
dnup
Age: 8+ / Players: 2-5 / Duration: <15 minutes

dnup is a dynamic card game for 2 to 5 players, where every turn combines clever moves, aggressive interactions, and the fun of watching cards cycle back into your hand.
Be the first to empty your hand by choosing the right actions at the right time, while forcing your opponents to pick up their weakened, flipped combos ready to unleash chaos!
Ticket to Ride
Age: 8+ / Players: 2-5 / Duration: 45-60 minutes

Build your tracks across the United States in Ticket to Ride, a fast-paced strategic board game.
In every game, players must compete for train cards, which in turn allow them to run their trains between iconic American cities. Earn points for every completed route, but don’t forget to plan for the future: ticket cards can award more points if the two cities shown on the ticket are connected.
Azul
Age: 8+ / Players: 2-4 / Duration: 30-45 minutes

Azul challenges you to decorate the Royal Palace of Evora with beautiful ornamental tiles. You can score extra points by creating specific patterns or completing sets. But you can also lose them by wasting tiles. Fittingly, the player with the most points wins!
Splendor
Age: 10+ / Players: 2-4 / Duration: 30-45 minutes

Splendor is a fast, elegant, and intuitive game in which players compete to build Renaissance Europe’s most lucrative and prestigious jewelry business.
Collect raw gems to fund the development of mines throughout the world, acquire the means to transport them, artisans to shape them, and a storefront where they can sell them. The player whose business earns the most prestige wins.
